Week 4 run 1... here my numbers!

Hello everyone 😁

I just wanted to share my numbers on my w4r1 with you and ask how do they look to you. I feel like I am quite slow- 5.8k/h for brisk walk and 6.2-6.4km/h for jog.

I know I should not compare myself to others and I am not, just wondering if anyone can tell how my numbers look?

I don't get tired during runs at all, just scared of stitches which I am now managing by drinking loads.

Peace,

Laura 😋

Pace looks good... slow is good... slow is better than running it fast... slow builds endurance! Later you can use that endurance to go faster, for now, just do it slow!

Your numbers look like your numbers............some people are much faster.......some people are much slower........some people are much fitter........some people are much less fit..........then there is age, gender, disability, experience etc. to take into account..........who do you want to compare yourself to?

You are doing great, so believe it and compare yourself only to the you before W1R1.

The only thing I’d look at as exercise duration. That shows you’ve done it- you’ve achieved. Great effort and here’s to Wk5
