I’m back home in Gibraltar and after a long day travelling I wasn’t sure if I could do a good job of my graduation run but I went out and I ran and I finished 30 mins with energy to spare. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
I only did 3.8 km so the 5 km target is still out there to work on, for now I’m just going to “run free” and enjoy it for a while then I’ll build up to 5km and try and up my pace a little. I might sign up for a 5km fun run on Boxing Day if I have the nerve. Thanks so much to the people who have responded and encouraged me. I am the least likely person to become a runner but it has happened... I can’t quite believe it 😊😊😊😊
