Don't worry about speed yet, just continue with nice slow and steady runs. As you get more miles on your legs, the runs will get easier (eventually) and the speed will pick up. Just enjoy the runs for what they are, with no pressure to be fast.
Well done! That must feel great. It is amazing how, little by little ,what seemed impossible just becomes what we do. I'm going to run w6r3 on Monday. 25 minutes!! I had SUCH a struggle to get going with this, I can't quite believe it's possible. But we're doing it. And I'm sure we'll get faster!
Yeah I was determined to do it but after missing several runs due to cold weather and having a cold I wasnt sure the time was right but after the 1st 10 mins it was just a case of keeping going left foot right foot left foot right foot ......
