Welcome. You can do this. Slow and steady is the key, pace isn’t relevant, build endurance first. 10k isn’t that much extra work after this plan either. Enjoy the journey
Welcome Eddie. I’m also overweight and this is a great place to build your fitness and self esteem. Just bear in mind that you’ll be turning fat into muscle and muscle is heavier than fat, so the scales may not excite you at first ! The upside is that muscle burns calories more efficiently than fat, so it’ll all come right in the end. Enjoy your journey x
Welcome. You may not lose weight rapidly on this programme but now I've graduated and running 5k regularly, along with healthy eating and swimming and strength work, the weight is finally shifting. But you will feel so good! And you will change shape, and it's amazing!!!! 😁😁
