Congratulations Puddindavis on graduating🎓 and completing week 9 run 3 of C25K. 🏃 BMI 46.7. That is high, I just hope that you can lower it to around 23 which is what I am.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE🎓 next to your username leave a message on the November graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K 🎓 Once again a very well done to you👍😊

Thanks. I am well aware of where my BMI should be. I announced it to encourage other people with a high BMI to keep going as there is often a concern that it will be impossible due to the excess weight. I did not announce it so people who have a normal BMI can comment on how high it is and ‘hope’ that I reduce it to their BMI. What do you think I’m trying to do? I’m not lugging my sizeable arse around for fun .

You have definitely given me hope. I did wonder if my bmi was too high to complete this (33.9). You’ve really inspired me, thank you x

Congratulations! Enjoy the celebrations, and good luck with bringing the BMI down... if you can do this, you can do anything!

Follow the plan.

It isn't that hard.

Well done Puddindavis!

It sounds like you might have taken the energetic shuffle route.

Enjoy your running! 😸

I wouldn’t call 7mins 26 per km an energetic shuffle but you obviously know more about my ‘shuffling’ than I do

Well done on graduating! I know the medical profession uses BMI as a benchmark for health but health is not the same as fitness and whatever the number, it's not a barrier to improving fitness and increasing activity as you have so ably demonstrated. Enjoy your success!
