Today I have my 30 minutes non-stop run I am thrilled I am 66 and have never been a runner I am now starting to believe in my own capabilities running is GREAT

Well done! I'm 68 and did run 2, week 5 this am. I've never been into running but work out every day for an hour. Running has definitely help my fitness apart from brownie points with my grandkids. I've signed up for a 10k in Brighton in April with my daughter-in-law? I hope I'm not being to ambitious 😮
