My runnings a bit hit and miss at the moment I’m not always getting chance to do my 3 planned runs a week but I try to get at least one in usually a Sunday morning. So far on my slimming world journey I’ve lost 1st 4.5lbs fingers crossed for my next award tomorrow and I’ve managed to knock over 6 mins off my 5k pb I’ve joined parkrun but not had the courage to actually do one yet; I’d like to get a little quicker. Well that’s all for today I’m off for my Sunday morning run. Have a good week everyone and remember if you can’t be good be careful. X

You may only be running once a week, but its obviouly working for you. A PB for your 5k and impressive weight loss - nice one!!
