...not that I've got any haters (unless the neighbours are annoyed about their porch lights coming on as I jog past at 5.30am). I just wondered if the podcast songs come around again. I know that they're not the greatest music ever but I perversely enjoyed the 'see you later/ haters' song in week 2 and I don't like the week 3 music .

I think it deppends which app/ podcast, I have heard tracks repeat later on the ' Laura' podcast but don't recognise that track from there. I don't like much of whats on mine but once I graduate ( soon, I hope), I will use my own choices.

App users do not develop as deep a commitment to their running as we stout podcast users...........and "Julie" epitomises the huge hurdles that we had to overcome, with brain rotting ear wormery that will haunt you for life.

Yes, that’s what I do. I only use the app and it works well alongside the Spotify and FitBit apps
Weird yes (there's been a lot of fake Take That and Emma Buntonesque stuff) but I've been weirdly enjoying it till now...I won't use the app as my phone is much bigger and heavier than my mp3player and I don't want to risk dropping it.
Listening to the music for me was part and parcel of the whole experience and I will never forget Julie and the part she played in my C25k exploits. I still listen to Audiofuel for my marathon training 😁
Opting out seem ungrateful to me, plus I wanted to listen to every crumb of advice from Laura. so glad I did as I still hear her wise words to this day when I start to slump or flag 😁🏃♀️
