Do the weeks go Monday - Sunday and the three runs have to fit in or can you run every other day?

It doesn't have to be Monday to Sunday as long as you have a rest day in between do what suits you

Most people follow a Mon/Wed/Fri or Sun/Tue/Thu or Sat/Mon/Wed pattern, giving themselves a 2 day rest before starting the next 'week'.

I forgot the concept of weeks and just did 27 runs... as long as there’s at least a day between runs you’re fine.

No one is going to tell you off if you start your week on a Wednesday - do what suits you best !!

I think the rest days are important though don’t miss them out !
