Wow 1 run left then graduation week, hard to believe. w8r2 was tough but not too bad. Probably not helped by 4k brisk lunchtime walk and an evening table tennis match on my rest day plus another 4k walk today. Oh well, proper rest day tomorrow then w8r3 on Friday or Saturday
