Yeah we have. I've been doing the 10k. Listening to my body, easing off for a wee bit. Plan to do ju-ju one now. Looks more sensible lol
It’s a very well structured plan, and a great continuation from C25K... good learning on the way too. I’m on a different mission for now, but January 2nd I may feel like I need a 10k event and that’s the plan I’d choose to get me there.
What mission are you on? I manged the 10k I. Week 2 of the zen labs but I'm finding that I'm doing over 8k 3 times a week which is getting tough on the joints . I like the look of the ju-ju as I can work on the smaller runs as well.
I’m on 25 minute 5k attempt... so hoping to close that and then go 10k, though my race plan gets me closer to 10k

I've done a 25.58 i think. Haven't manged under 25. I was out with a friend tonight who hasn't run in a couple weeks. Miby get under 26mins on Thursday. This week I'm just doing x3 5k. I know people advised to take easy but sometimes it's better to figure them out yourself. Lol. Took to the cycling as well. I
