You're not really dreading next week. You're looking forward to the feeling you get every time you complete a run.
Good job. Dreading it? Have a look at week 9 😂. That’s what you came to do... week 3 isn’t really any harder than week 1... check that, I think it’s easier. You’ll have the legs and the fitness to take down week 3... believe because you really can do it.
Lol, during this programme I always dread next week, then find out I can do it! I’m on week 6 now and loving it 😊
I remember going from week 2 to 3, I also felt a little nervous about week 3 but after doing it I felt very happy and so will you.
I’ve started week 5 and I can’t believe I can actually run for 5 mins with other stopping. Keep going and defo don’t dread because you’ll be at Week 4 or 5 and think... wow
