I needed some distance from yesterday's run. I'm treading water in week 8 waiting for Duck to catch up...
I decided to forgo taking Michael with me - maybe that was a mistake (don't tell him I said that) I figured I'd just run until the timer ran out. We had a carb laden weekend maybe that attributed to it. Or maybe it just being a girl and girlie stuffs. But I had to stop just over half way through to stretch out my back for a few seconds, I carried on yesterday but I didn't enjoy it. and for the first time since W1R1 I was violently sick afterwards and I really badly wanted to nap all day.
According to the Nike app my general speed was slightly slower, although quicker and more level at the start (first 10) than I have been. I seem to be peaks and troughs which may be due to cambers on the paths/inclines. but it was a slightly steadier run which i'm going to take as a positive.
It's a practice run, its still done me good despite it not being kind to me...yeah that's still all I can pull positive wise on this one. it just felt like an expensive run energy wise.
