This app has changed my life in so many positive ways. I’m fitter, healthier, slimmer and it’s improved my mental health. Initially I did struggle and had to repeat some weeks. The important thing is if you have a bad day acknowledge it and don’t be too hard on yourself. There’s always tomorrow. Keep going you having nothing to lose but everything to gain.

That's one very happy ChazzaBee, good on ya! The programme is fantastic, but it's you that has made the change, you made this happen, the app was merely a tool you used! 😉 👏 👏 👏

What an app. Of course, by itself it does nothing... it needs a great person to come along and unlock their potential, someone who’s willing to put the work in, willing to stick it out and unwilling to quit. Great job.
