Just done the above on a foggy damp morning but I love watching it get light while I’m out. Stretched my Achilles before and after, no pain (yet). Can’t wait to start W4.

You stretched it before? Hopefully not a static stretch.

Good run, hope you stay pain free, it’s a delicate tendon, don’t be afraid to rest it.

I saw a physio about 7 years ago when it was very bad and I did the stretching/exercises she taught me all those years ago. All good up to now. I think sensible daytime shoes are a must at the moment too.
