I never thought I’d be able to run for more than 30 seconds let alone find myself , as I do now, at the beginning of week 9! But now I’m in a panic, having enjoyed the structure of the program and hearing Sarah Milican then Jo Whiley encouraging me along , what next ? I do need a voice in my ear - what do other graduates do ?
What next after C25K? : I never thought I’d be... - Couch to 5K

I’ve actually enjoyed having the freedom of not been in a set plan.
I use Runkeeper, which gives you verbal updates and encouragement every 5 mins. I also love listening to podcasts whilst I run.
You are doing great. Good luck in your last week 😁

Keep running 30s until they’re comfortable at least... if you drop a gear they can even be easy. While you’re doing that, think about what you want from running... any goals you may have, in my case a drunken marathon, will lead you to the right start line.
I’m using the Nike app... some runs I’m Music/podcasts with updates, other runs I have coaches and legendary runners in my ears. When I eventually can run 90 minutes I get to run with Eliud Kipchoge!

This is the guide that I send out to graduates healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Keep running, keep smiling.
Thank you so much 😊 I’ll give that a go ! 🏃🏻♀️🤸🏿♂️
