I cannot believe that my wife and I have completed the programme. What a sense of achievement having started at 53 yrs and 66 yrs respectively. I hope this gives encouragement to those "older" people just starting or thinking of starting the programme. Running is now an integral part of our life and the aim is to do our first 5k (we've been doing just over 4k in our half an hour). My wife's will be Race for Life in a couple of weeks.
Huge thanks to Laura and the C25K community for your encouragement and support.

Congratulations to both of you - well done! I love your phrase, 'Running is now an integral part of our life' - that's brilliant, and just what the NHS ordered
