A nice run last night and to my surprise I thought had actually achieved the 5k in 30 minutes!... but what is this? 0.8 seconds off? Nooooooo!!!! Graduation tomorrow so I will nail this or cry! Haha!

As I can see from this website very few people achieve 5k in 30 minutes before graduation... so well done!!!
Thats over 5K so you smashed it.
