Phew eeeee! I'm shattered but elated I've actually completed the week. I had a bite to eat very early this morning and I don't think it helped on my jog this morning as I found it very hard going, or it could be that my other two runs of the week are always PM and my weekend run is always an AM and I find it the hardest of the week but it's always R3. Perhaps I'm a PM/eve runner, if there's such a thing? Still, I managed it and tho slightly apprehensive about W5 I'm going to give it my best. As a bonus I'm loving being out amongst the autumn colours.

I'm definitely a "Give me a few hours to get myself together" runner so I'm sure "PM/eve runner" is a thing. Parkrun this morning on nothing but half a cup of tea grabbed as I went out the door was a bit of a shock.
W5? Pfft! Just take it slow and steady (where have I heard that before? ) and the work you've already done will see you through.

Great job. Don’t fear week 5... it’s the best week ever... there’s nothing there that you cannot do... we will run with you... enjoy it.
