Just got back from running W9R3. Didn’t think I’d feel this emotional 😭. Pretty proud of myself to be fair but definitely couldn’t have done it without the support and motivation provided by this forum. Thank you all so much!! 👏👏

I’ve just finished w9r3 too. I agree - along with Sarah Milican as my coach and this forum - I’ve completed a programme that I never thought I would! Onwards and upwards!!!
