Great job. Intervals are harder... in the straight run you get muscles to optimum temperature and into a rhythm, that walk in run 2 cooled you slightly and killed the rhythm. If you follow a race plan ever you will do intervals, but the total length will be lower than race distance... so you may do 4x1k, 11x400m and others for a 5k
Yip I agree..I found the longer runs easier than stoppin and startin. Can't beat good music and a steady run..clears the head. Well done...keep runnin π
