Week 6 finished! 25 mins was tough but manageable, beginning to feel good running again after almost a year out. 10K was my favourite distance and I'm looking forward to getting back up to it.

So pleased I decided to start carefully and using the BBC C25K has really helped with the discipline, ticking off the runs each week gives me the boost I need.

My advice to anyone thinking about starting? - Stop thinking and get out there, you can do it!

You CAN!
