When I started this in August I never believed I would get to the end, I would look beyond the week I was training at to see where it would take me. I never believed I could run for 10 mins straight never mind 30mins!! So pleased to have completed it!! And although not used this community much, when I did the support was brill! Thank you everyone and I’ve done it!!! Whoop, whoop!! 🎉🎉

Yay, many congratulations! I agree about this programme, it takes you places you never thought you could go! I graduate on Monday, so thankful to have found this, otherwise I would still have been sat on the sofa!! :o)
