Dusted off walking boots

So after yesterday’s calf/ Achilles issues, decided after seeking advice from running friend to go for a walk ( pre C25K daily habit). Needed to seek out flatter course. Impossible to eliminate hills around here but I set off at snail pace and right calf barely twinged but left Achilles really stiff/ sore and top of foot. Walked for 3.3km getting up to a respectable stroll with no pain but some discomfort . Will repeat tomorrow and then see. Was wet and drizzly but felt good to move!
