Ran with 10kg of toddler in the pusher for the first time in around a year. First attempt at starting to run didn’t go so well then, but I have also been doing some Pilates this time which helped the ol’ pelvic floor (sorry tmi but it might help someone to know).

Had to break stride a few times as toddler threw hat, sunglasses, water out of the pusher when she got bored. Overall went well which means I don’t need to wait until Daddy is home to run.

Well done to you 'giraffe_me' for running week 8 run 2 with a pram, more the sort of thing you get on a parkrun than someone running C25K, I am sure your child enjoyed it as much as you despite "throwing " those items out of the pusher, I just wonder if you would have her on your graduation run in a few weeks time!.
