WK8R2 complete

Just finished this run and although my wireless earphones ran out before the halfway point, I managed to compete this without. I do like the comfort of the trainer to let me know when 5 minutes have gone by, etc. and i like to listen to music but i managed all the same. I decided to track my distance on track my run and started from the actual run, ending when the run ended and managed just over 4k. I'll step up my pace slightly next week but it is difficult against the wind. Still there's plenty of time to work on that 5k I suppose 👌

I did week 8 run 1 yesterday and I did my first track my run - nowhere near 5k 😧

However that 30 mins looks quite manageable !!

We can step up the pace later on !

Absolutely! I did think we'd get to 5k as that's what it's about but I'm so proud of what I've achieved I'm not too bothered. I just want to keep it up now.
