Finished week 7 with aplomb yesterday and it felt so good. I'm really enjoying my running now and the fact that I can really up my pace with relative ease when Michael suggests I do for the last 60 seconds just fills me with great confidence going into week 8. I reversed my route too, which meant I had to navigate some steady inclines and add in the fact I had just finished a long day at work, to complete the run as well as I did surprised but pleased me also. Onwards I go.... 😊πŸ’ͺ🏻

Well done! I find it very encouraging to read about runners who are just ahead of me in the schedule. Keep going!
