So relieved week 6 is finished. I wasn’t planning on going much further with the programme as I have picked up injuries at this stage before. I have extended my warm up walk and cool down walk and I am stretching, stretching, stretching. I had a boost this morning with my daughter coming with me, just after getting off a long haul flight, true heroism on her part. She helped me keep a steady pace and it went really well, we even talked about ‘after C25K’. Never thought I would even consider it!

Go for it! If you've done W6 you're nearly there. Like a lot of people on this site I found W6 the hardest; for the next 3 weeks you're just building up from 25 to 30 minutes. You can do it - good luck!

Good luck, actually you don’t need luck, you have already done the hard work!

Well done! It seems we are on the same pattern. Very proud of myself today, and you should be of yourself too! It's the longest time I've ever run.
