Hi everyone, I have been lurking on and off for support this second time around.. Ran w8r1 thismorning feeling great out there Really looking forward to Graduation next week... really doubt I will make the 5K though .. im only running 3and a half K so far.

But as I know from last time around... slow and steady … and sheer determination and I will plod on till I make it!

I just wanted to say Thanks everyone for all your posts and stories , it really does help along the way x

Almost there Sparky66, don't worry about not running 5K in 30 minutes, well done on getting to run 1 of week 8, only 4 more runs until graduation, yes, slow and steady is the name of the game.
