Hi, I’ve just completed week 1 but I don’t feel ready to move to week 2. Reading here, it looks like repeating week 1 is ok. I ran today and all was fine. I think I still need to work on my breathing though. I’ve also started to do yoga as a warm up before going out to run . Does anyone else use this as a technique?

I have repeated several runs if I’ve not felt happy with them. My breathing is terrible - I’m a mouth breather with a broken nose!

All sorts of warm ups are useful..we all gave our routines...
If you completed with no issues..then move on..no need to repeat unless you really struggled.
Just keep it slow and steady..and even slow down more if need be.

I agree with Oldfloss comments. You only need to repeat a run if you don’t complete it so why not try the next one ( nice and slowly) 🐢🐌

I will . Thanks for your encouragement.
