I posted on here on Saturday looking for advice as I had just completed week 3 but didn’t feel ready for week 4 and didn’t know if I should repeat or not. I got lots of hints, tips, encouragement and motivational comments from others on this forum. I didn’t sleep great last night as I knew the run was looming and woke up with butterflies but I braved the cold and just went out and got on with W4R1. It felt amazing! I kept it slow and steady and just got out my head. I was almost a bit teary when I was finished. I won’t get sucked into the negative thinking again and that’s almost entirely down to this page. I told my husband that “the people in my phone” have been such a great help. Thank you 😘

YAY!!! Well done you!!! the leap to week 4 is something a lot of people freak out about, but you smashed it!!! Massive congratulations!! And running is an emotional journey - we've all been teary at some point on the way...or multiple times, I've even had a tantrum. keep us posted on your journey. We'll sort you out when you have doubts.
