First of all may thank all who responded to my previous post, with advice and encouragement. Following my calf injury in W4R1, I rested for two weeks then after seeing my Dr. (blood test results) mentioned it to him and he told me a further complete rest for two weeks including no walking! (apart from the obvious)😂. So with some trepidation I decided to repeat W3R3 last Thursday, with no ill effects. Saturday, again apprehensive, W4R2 where I left off, really pleased and felt great afterwards. This morning W4R3, no problems and that is the first week since starting in Late June, I've managed a full week (3Runs with rest Days) without injury!! and enforced time off on the IC. Looking forward to W5 on Wednesday, and hopefully I will Graduate and do that park run before Christmas.

Thanks to all who give up their time to contribute with sound advice and moral boosting motivation, without you, I think many of us would give up, but your words of wisdom, experience and humour keep us going, we can do this! Thank You!
