I’ve been promising myself to get started for a few months now and this week I am determined to do so! Hoping my dodgy ankle (right) and Achilles (left) will hold out so planning to go very slow and carefully! Looking forward to it though - any tips for a newly?

With existing issues you need to keep nice and slow, as described in the guide and do the post run stretches. Strengthening exercises on rest days will also ultimately help reduce your risk of injury.
