Week out with flu, how do I get going again?

I finished Week 4 last Saturday with an extra go of W4R3. However, since then I’ve had the flu and haven’t been able to get out and start W5, I’m nervous about pushing myself too hard or that I’ll have somehow lost my fitness over this week off, especially with W5R3 on the horizon. Should I redo W4? Will my body be up to it?

Wait till you feel fully better, back to eating normally etc, you'll know when you're ready! Then give wk 5 run 1 a go. You won't lose fitness very quickly but if you go out too soon and not fully recovered you will probably find it harder than it needs to be which can be demoralising. Hope you feel better soon.

You will only know if you try Week 5 run 1. And see how you go, if you don’t make it repeat it. Don’t go back a week until you’ve tried. Ignore the gremlins
