Hey, I felt the same way all of last year. Earlier this year, I roped in a friend in the neighbourhood to do the program with me. The 'accountability partner' trick has worked. My friend and I get each other to get out and run. Perhaps you can find someone in your neighbourhood or your girls ? Or maybe someone online Good luck, don't give up trying.
Write a list of reasons to do it & put it on the fridge.😄
Then do everything you can to make it as fun & enjoyable as possible. I would die of boredom on a treadmill unless I had good things to listen to - the bbc Sounds app is a great source. Even then I would run outside whenever possible. 😄
I suppose everyone is different, but for me, coaxing myself with motivational lines and triggers isn't the answer. It's more a case of sneaking up on myself when I'm not expecting it, grabbing myself by the scruff of the neck and shouting "NOW!"
Just shut your eyes, turn off the nagging little voice, and just get on it. The rest will fall into place, I'm sure.
