I completed wk9 and ran for about 6 wks but with work and family overload I have stopped.
So have not run for 6wks. I feel really fed up about this but wondering g how to restart.
I teach and am now on school hols so good chance to get going again.
I am worried I will go out there and it will be awful and I will give up. It helped to have the app to listen to and wonder if I should go back to an earlier week. Thanks for any advice
