I’m on w2run2... is there any way of seeing how the runs compare rather than just how you are feeling?

Thanks!

You could track them on one of many apps... but it really is irrelevant at the moment, how you’re feeling is by far the best measure.

If you need to know, Strava, Nike Run Club, MapMyRun and others will do the job. Care is needed though, you’re adding endurance weekly, speed should not be chased at the same time.

Add RunKeeper to that list though as UnfitNoMore says, use with care.

I use the Nike Run Club app but there other apps out there. It runs fine with the C25K too👍🏻

Hi Dillyseesee, I've joined a local gym as due to shift patterns I'm unable to do the group run. I purchased an electronic key that logs into all the equipment, and at the end of my session I put it into another machine to log out. While I've got my account open, I can see how that session fared against previous ones.

I sometimes use the free form of Mapmyrun on my phone - but out of mild interest rather than slavishly following data.

Thank you everyone. I just thought it would be interesting rather than to be competitive!
