Stretch targets ate meant to be difficult. I didn't get a km distance in sub 5 minutes
Although not in the screen grab, I did achieve a 400m distance in sub 5 minutes /km pace and dead chuffed to get PBs for 2 miles, 1 mile, 1K, 1/2 mile, and 400m.
Overall did the 25minutes running at an average pace of 6m06s /km

Good stuff... well done... be pleased that you can do 400m at your targeted pace. That means post grad you can take on 400m intervals at that pace and itβll help your overall pace.
Actually I over achieved and did a Victory Jog after warming down and stretching.
I thought I was running at 8m/km pace but I did another 1k @ 6.30/km.
It felt really slow!

You know that I was feeling good for this the day before but in the morning my left calf kept wanting to knot before I started running. Then it was fine πΈ
