Stretch targets ate meant to be difficult. I didn't get a km distance in sub 5 minutes
Although not in the screen grab, I did achieve a 400m distance in sub 5 minutes /km pace and dead chuffed to get PBs for 2 miles, 1 mile, 1K, 1/2 mile, and 400m.
Overall did the 25minutes running at an average pace of 6m06s /km
