Well. Didn't think I'd get this far! Have found that taking screenshots of finished runs is a great motivator for me, Can see how I started compared to now.

Strangely looking forwards to my morning runs (alarm set for 6am)....!

Well done!!

What do you use to record the runs like that? I'm delaying going for my W5R3 this morning as I am really dreading the step up to 20mins!!

I have a Samsung phone, at end of run go to their "health" page (app?) & it tells me how many steps, how far & calories used (redundant as I was so pleased with myself I bought a Chelsea bun at bakers!); then take a screenshot. Hope this info helps.

I bet it was delicious though.

Thanks for the tip - I'll look for something similar. (And might follow the reward system too)!

I was dreading it too, I repeated W5r2 to put it off, then I did it and it was OK, I'm now on w6. Go for it.

Thanks Jalk - two days procrastinating but I did it this morning. Not sure it counts though, I did keep going but really was crawling slow in patches.

So technically done but without any style whatsoever!!!

why wouldn't it count? If you completed it, it counts, pace doesn't matter - doing it matters
