Well done you. Not raining here but cold and frosty, crisp morning for my wk1 2nd run and dragged my 11 year old with me, great start to weekend.

Great job... once cold and wet the only thing to do is get warm! I looked out this morning and it was almost beautiful enough to have me lace my shoes... damn rest days!
Indeed it is. There was a long hot shower followed by tea and toast. Almost human again now
