Wk5/1 found this easier than I expected recovered really quickly after runs ,

I was jogging better also, well I thought so , new found confidence which is great

Came to cool down felt my upper leg hurting , cold wind didn't help,

I stretched before I went out and also when I came back ,

I am gutted , I took time out last week because of upper leg hurting ,

What am I doing wrong ?😔😢

Any stretching you do before a run should be dynamic stretching, such as lunges, simply because muscles are not warmed up. This is all covered in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

I am going to do the dynamic stretching, I did stretch before I went out on walk /run but obviously the stretching I did wasn’t not enough for me 🙄

My problem started week wk4/2 so I started to incorporate stretching before and after ,

Just for the record I got analysis for my trainers @ a proper running shop
