Assuming you don’t normally have a back condition, are you doing any core exercises? Also I was reading that lower leg work and squats actually make a huge difference, and that most people who have lower back problems have weaker than average quads.
As UNM says, assuming no medical problems you more than likely need core and quad strength. Planks in their various forms, bridges and various kinds of squats would be good strength training. Throw in a few arm exercises to as stronger arms also help us run better. There are some strength and flex exercises somewhere, if you type that into the search box they might come up.

I was about to say core strength exercises, but it has already!!
Pilates is all about core strength- it keeps me sorted! 😀
