Little behind with this one, off work and managed to get out in the sunshine, yes its warmer than evening runs but so much nicer, anyway think I 've finally cracked the pacing feels more comfortable now, legs seem to be feeling stronger, still need to work on the stamina but hopefully will come. Yes my cool down was a little short, getting harder to judge now I'm going further in the 25mins.

Well done mate. I've just completed the same run. The first 5 minutes and the last 5 always seem toughest for me, I think the first five is a mental battle and the last five is a physical one but I pushed on and did it. I use the Samsung Health app too, or at least I did before C25K, I find it pretty decent with lots of useful info on your runs.

I agree, the first 5 mins is hard, dont track it but heart rate seems to go bonkers then ok again once it settles down, last 5 will hopefully get better as stamina grows, definately starting to enjoy the longer runs more than the intervals.

Great job. Cooldown is about not feinting and gradually lowering the heart rate... I’ve been known to cut them pretty short, especially when it’s lashing it down.
