Just realised I won’t be able to run until Friday morning. I last ran yesterday morning and completed W7R2... will I find R3 harder because of this or because I am later in the programme will I withhold my work so far? Panicking a bit but there is no way around it?

No need to panic, if anything you are likely to find it easier because of the extra rest and recovery time. I had to leave two days between runs several times for my body to recover and it certainly helped. Don’t despair, go with it and you will be fine.

No need to panic Hattie your run will be there for you on Friday. A few extra days rest may even help!!! You won’t lose your performance so please don’t worry. Enjoy your run. Now breathe!!!👍🏻

I had a week between W7 and W8 due to a back muscle strain. Don’t worry about it. Running will be here when you can run.

If anything you’ll probably find the next one easier because of the extra rest.
