Week 4 First Run

Well I was glad to get that one under my belt!

What a step up from Week 3. After the brisk walk, running for 3 minutes then only having 90 seconds to recover before a 5 minute run, then just having 2½ minutes to recover before you repeat. That was something else.

I completed it. That's the main thing. The satisfaction when Jo says in my ear, " you have completed it" is awesome. Just at that "Super Trooper" by ABBA is what was on my playlist. I had to have a chuckle to myself.

Well done! It’s incredible isn’t! I’m still trying to figure out how we manage to run this!

Enjoy your running to ABBA- maybe that’s what I need to help me!

I love the Autumn picture.

See you around fellow runner, Pam.

Good job. The walking bits are reducing and you’re getting towards what you started this for. Getting through the runs is all that matters at this stage, so don’t be afraid to slow down a little. Enjoy run 2.
