After finishing week 3, looked at the 5 minute runs of week 4 and was certain that I wouldn’t be able to do it... Well - with a whole lot of perseverance it’s done! I’m finally running more than I’m walking! 😁

That is exactly what will get you to the end. Perseverance is the key. Well done on a really positive start to your journey. Keep going and keep hydrated and you've some wonderful experiences to come.

Thank-you! I’m so excited for the future and being able to run continuously for over 5 mins, over 10 mins and over 20. 😁 It’s so motivating!

It's these steps after each run that keep you motivated. More miles in the legs and hopefully more confidence too. Every run is another one down and the feeling at the end of each run is so satisfying. You'll soon be heading towards the longer runs which you are prepared for. Positive always.

Well done. Starting Wk4 tomorrow. Have to say I am a little worried. But if I don’t try I won’t know what I’m capable of.

I was daunted too, you just have to go on the run with an open mind. The only thing that holds you back is your mentality - you CAN do this! 🌟
