I attempted W4R1 on Saturday and had to slow to a walk half way through my last 5 minute run. I was so annoyed with myself. Perhaps it was because I chose a different route which was a bit more hilly and rocky underfoot. (excuses excuses!). Today I went back to my usual route and forced myself to complete it. Despite being purple of face and panting for breath, I did it! Feeling accomplished and motivated to keep going. The support on this page is amazing

Keep going EPMcM, just take your runs a little slower and you won't need to 🚶 walk on the running parts of week 4 when you do parts 2 and 3.
