Somehow convinced myself that I was on run 2 of week 5, even though, doh! I'd already done it on Friday, so was doing the warm up walk thinking it must be the same as wk5 run 1 because I recognised the music. Anyway, my mp3 is almost impossible to sort out when its sunny, so I just ran from the start of the first 8 mins to the end of the second, 21 minutes in total. It was great, but feel a bit stupid.
Is there anywhere online (or on here?) which has each run listed ie runs for each week with the timings so I can make myself a ticksheet for weeks 6 to 9 inclusive. Thanks.
Can't find an app but I have a trusty old mp3 which works well but the screen is impossible to see. I don't own a smartphone, just a tablet so would be a bit bulky for running, ha!
Yeah... not seen anyone at parkrun with an iPad strapped on 😂
When we go on holiday I order a new sim and put it in my old phone for emergencies, we then go tech free. It has dawned on me that this means I need a running watch next time... see even tech free is expensive 😂
