Really unfit & at my all time heaviest so finally got out & did day 1 week 1 of c25k. Couldn't sustain the running but did walk quickly & have definitely worked up a sweat. Feel better for doing it and something of a benchmark to move on from.

Welcome. Read the guide in the reply an admin will post. Great job getting out there... run one is the hardest, it’s difficult to know how fast to run, and the answer is slowly, the slower the better... you’re brisk walk can be the same pace as your run.
