I absolutely love this group. I asked for encouragement and you all came out in force. I took on all of your suggestions and after a few days break to let my legs recover, this afternoon I smashed my first 25 minute run. Both my legs and my breathing behaved well. To each and everyone of you that replied to previous post, thank you. And here’s to week 7!!!!! To anyone reading struggling in a previous week-keep going- and as Laura continually tells me, you can do this!
